My issue was due to my WordPress version was outdated (5.4.x). After I’ve updated to 5.6, then the widget start showing.

I didn’t realised that the page wasn’t available in your region, as it is working fine in my region (Malaysia).
However, I’ve tested with some other pages and it works on your plugin. I’ll ask the page owner to reconfigure the Facebook Page.
