Great idea. I just did that. And just to make sure, I posted a permanent weekly reminder on my two online calendars to actively review any updates on each of my sites . . . probably something I should have done a long time ago. 🙂

I also contacted Wordfence and was told to install and use an SMTP server but that’s a minimum of another $60/year per site and that’s not something I have a budget for. I very much appreciate your reply and will give it a week or so to see if the plugin alert updates re-initialize.

Hello? Anyone there? Problem still exists.
Thank you, Maya. I tried that before I started this ticket. After I cleared the cache, I logged out of wp-admin for that site and then opened a new tab and logged back in but the problem persists.
But I did not close Chrome altogether and then open it again, i.e. reboot it. Does that matter?- This reply was modified 4 years, 3 months ago by LibertyWordPress.
