Yes, that is correct. I cannot edit, add or delete any widgets, including text widgets.

Okay…I find it odd though, that I CAN make them inactive, but just CANNOT edit, add, or delete them. It’s like I cannot save any changes for widgets. That to me feels like a widget-specific problem.
