Yes the cron job works fine. We have set it up at the server level in plesk to run every three minutes

Hello and thanks for the fast reply.

The product price is 35.00 and the sale is 17.99 so it’a almost -50%

Hello again

We have updated the plugin and recreated everything from scratch
We tried to map both Sale price and Offer price, and the second time only the Offer price, but still no luck

On Facebook the price is still the full price and not the sale price.

I have done it, cleared the cache, recreated the feed and re uploaded the feed to Facebook.

Still the same problem
