My fix was to update the version of my theme (soledad)
There was a compatibility between the version of elementor and Soledad theme.
Follow this guide to update and should work

Clearly, there is a conflict between the theme and the plugin.
At least I am one step further on
The theme I am using is Soledad

I am stuck and can’t edit any pages or posts.
The same for me. I posted on here twice but haven’t had any luck fixing the issue.
I disabled every plugin apart from Elementor and it’s still broken so it can’t be a conflict
Have you managed to get anywhere with it ?
I am shocked! every (and I mean every time) I upgrade Elementor it stops working!
I can’t believe how bad this plugin is. Is there no quality control?
Can any advise another alternative which can be easily transitioned to? all my posts/pages are currently made using Elementor
@devnihil im not actually sure how to update my theme yet.
For now, I have disabled Vafpress Post Formats UI which has Yoast working at the moment.
When i figure out how to update soledad theme, i will get back to you

Did everything you said, and I found the following plugin looks to be causing the issue

Worked fine before the update, so not sure if it’s a conflict between that and Yoast or the plugin and wordpress.
The theme I am using (soledad) suggests this is a required plugin, but seems to be working without it activated
