I am having issues with this plugin as well. It’s telling me that Tweetpost is not configured and send me to this link: http://dev.twitter.com/apps/new. It seems this is a place to register new plugins which I am not trying to do. How do I fix this? I’m very confused. This happened with the new version of WordPress (3.0). I updated and had this issue, none of my other plugins are having this problem.
