I just went here (http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Upgrading_WordPress) and followed the instructions. Pretty painless process. Hope it works for you. I’m far from an expert so hopefully someone can help you better.

Sorry, I’m a bit dense. How do I go about changing my theme if I can’t access the dashboard?
I tried re-uploading the theme, same problem. Blog works, dashboard not so much
