I have to say that the version was upgraded after i started working on the course, so i’m starting to belive that could’ve caused some problem.

In the end i decided to try add the video into the “Question/Task” of the Quiz module and it worked fine, so i don’t have the original setting any more.
But i still remember the settings of that unit:
“User needs to answer all required assessments and view all pages in order to access the next unit” and “User also needs to pass all required assessments” where set to true.
In the 1st section i used only the Video module:
I load a local video and i set true to:
“Show section header as part of unit”
“Show title in unit view”
In the 2nd section i used 10 x Single Choice module:
I set true to:
“Show section header as part of unit”
and
“Show title in unit view”
“Required”
“Allow Retries” = 0
each
I did set “Assessable” to true since those were single choice answer, so in my head it was either 0 = fail or 100 = pass.
That’s all i did. I hope you’re able to replicate this.
