None of the advice there works for me. Stil get the error every time I tried to upload the images
I barely run any plugin and there was no change in plugin since the last time I upload images to my site. So I don’t think this problem has anything to do with plugin either.
I also face this issue today. Even the preview button took me to “Page Not Found”. Same like @ncpenn, the problem only occurs when I input html-like character. Is there something wrong with WordPress?
