Thanks for your response.

I’ve created a staging site here: https://imanigold.com/stage/

It does seem that the pop-up is working on the home page now that I have a default wordpress theme installed on the staging site. What would you recommend doing from here to narrow down the issue?

Unfortunately I cannot change the theme right now because the site is live and receiving a lot of traffic. Is there any other way you can offer support without me doing that?
