I’m willing to pay a fee if you could help. I would be grateful. Maybe we can discuss further in the email where you are more comfortable?
Don’t mind me asking, may I know where to locate the debug? Or could I ask of you to access into my server?
Oh btw this is the server’s reply. I’m not sure if they understood you correctly?

In fact, servers do not have their own certificate storage, but operational systems and web browsers do.
We can see you have an up-to-date version of CentOS and cPanel, which means your server has all it takes to communicate with other servers that use all kinds of SSL certificates signed by all trusted Certificate Authorities according to the rules of CA/Browser Forum.
This eliminates the possibility of the certificate storage being the reason why the Braintree plugin is not working.

Hi Mrclayton
Does that mean that I have to change my ssl certificate to something more trustworthy you mean? So according to your library, from which brand of ssl should I purchase from?
what I understand is that your plugin is is not communicating with braintree because it does not trust my ssl certificate. I’ve asked my host about it but it seems that, they are not understanding the issue. Anyway imma change host soon, they suck.
What do you say about the SSL?
Ok let me check with my server. thank you
The ssl certificate is still valid up to 4th June 2020. I am running from a dedicated server.
You can check my website here with this temporary link: https://www.temporary-url.com/934A
SSL certificate is definitely valid. I have Really Simple SSL activated though, I don’t think it affects. What do you think?
Nope it’s not… I get this error message at checkout:
Error initiating Braintree client. This error occurs when you haven’t finished configuring your API keys.
I have double checked and my API are 100% correct.
I think this is the error. Not sure why this happens
