Umm does using a VPN effect the usability of the plugin?
No, It keeps loading, https://snipboard.io/xLJKyS.jpg, if you check the screen shot through this link you will see it says importing, and it has been saying importing since the last half an hour
The products are not importing, nor from the main product page and neither from the individual product page
I have disabled the coming soon mode, I did it yesterday as well but changed it back once the plugin did not work, anyways as you can see right now that it is not working even though the site has been launched and I even authenticated the extension again after launching the site. The status is still loading
