There will be a bug fix release next week to resolve an unrelated problem with the plugin. Alongside that, I’ll include an opt-in toggle for the preview feature.
I didn’t have any involvement with the deleted comment from this morning. In fact, I can’t even see the message the forum moderator left here anymore, but I did receive a notification about it via email.
In general, the support forums here at ww.wp.xz.cn just aren’t very active, so I’m not sure if it was even worth moderating. I appreciate @markussss taking the time to report bugs and send feedback. He has started almost 25% of the threads here on the forum, and White Label is over seven years old. But I’ve obviously had more support issues than that. Most support requests and feedback messages for White Label come to me via email.
I’ll tighten the text up in an upcoming bug fix release.
The plugin only works when using the shortcode or the block in the WordPress editor. Without one of those two methods, the HTML you’re copying doesn’t contain the
<form>tag or additional code necessary to make it work.You can take a look at the source of your test site to get a better understanding of what you’re missing.

- Are the submissions at least saving correctly?
- Is there anything in an error log on the server to indicate a cause?
- Are other emails generated by WordPress, or other plugins, being sent successfully?
I haven’t heard of similar reports, and all of my testing environments are working fine, but I’ll keep digging and let you know. Any help with those questions would be greatly appreciated.
Make sure you have the “Show only one popop site wide?” box unchecked and then go to the page in WordPress that contains your cart. You should be able to pick a popup to display on that page only.
You can also embed the shortcode provided for your specific popup on your cart page.

Thanks for the kind words. I agree that the plugin does need more captcha options, and I’m hoping to get to that this year.
@bruno05 I never heard back from the original thread creator. Are you also experiencing issues even following this bit of information:
Only non-White Label Administrators see the changes. White Label Administrators do not see the changes and have the regular Elementor interface and experience.
These issues should be resolved in HTML Forms 1.5.1, released today.

Do your other White Label settings work? Elementor is the only thing failing?
