I’ve updated Woocommerce and now those checkboxes for subscription and account registration are not appearing again at checkout page.

Thanks for the fast reply. It gives an error sending test email (Error: email could not be sent, please check if your settings are correct and saved.)
I’m not sure what settings should be modified.
