If you improve on a handful of these issues, I will be happy to update my rating.
In the meantime, I just found yet another issue. On the pages (unsubscribe confirmation, preference page and confirmation page) a custom styled container is forcefully put in place so that pages are nearly impossible to style to look like the rest of my site. Why this container? I just ask why – it takes more of you to add it, and it does no good. Just use the theme’s default page template and let users edit that.
