Sorry for responding late. The plugin appends your location (including the map) to the post content, whenever you publish your post. Now, I see there can be 2 issues, either your post is still a draft i.e not published or the plugin is not activated.
I need the following to help you reproduce and fix this problem :-
1) The WordPress version you are using.
2) Go to <your domain>/wp-admin/plugins.php and recheck if the plugin is enabled.
3) Go to <your domain>/wp-admin/post-new.php and create a new post (preferably using a computer)
4) Check if the map tile is appended?
As the plugin was not tested using your mobile client (maemo and iphone), this may cause an issue.
