Please check your wp-blog-header.php: It might got infected by a malicious “script” which was placed in front of the real WordPress PHP environment loading code.
At least that generated exactly your error message and line on my WP installation last night. If so, check the time of the last change of this file and search your logs for hints which way the infection came.
I though hope that a security break like this is not the case with you …
