neither the site or the book (created in the plugin) are in development or production mode. Both are published and public.
It looks fine on the home page and in the widget. When I click on the book cover in the home page widget, then all I get is this:

Yes, i have no problem uploading the same media files via WP native media uploader.
The directory was working completely correctly the last time I looked. Today it is not showing any members but otherwise looks normal. I even tried creating a new membership directory, in case maybe the original had gotten corrupted somehow, but got the same results. I can send you a screen shot of anything you like if you’ll tell me where to send it.

I am having the same error, and I have checked that both GD and Imagick are active; it has not solved the issue. Plus, I have noticed that the member directory no long shows up for me. Help? Lisa Beavers

Thanks for answering. I already have our correct address there, and I have double-checked the zip code to be sure. I’m still not sure where the CA stuff is coming from!
