In reply to: optimal size for slider/responsive image sizes. Thanks so much for your help.
I appreciate your detailed reply.
I have let them know. They are having the website rebuilt next year but tt isn’t an option for them to change the theme for this year – nobody has the capacity to do the work.
If you know of any workaround at all for this that would be great.
Thanks so much for your advice regardless.

In reply to: Featured image – Wrap textThanks so much for your response.
I decided to hide the featured image instead and just added the image into the post. It now behaves a bit strangely. The image appears quite large when the page first loads but they don’t seem to mind.
Thank you anyway.

In reply to: Help with a CSS Hexagon tutorialReally good point.
If I can’t find another way to do it. That will have to suffice.
This http://codepen.io/brenna/pen/hbDqL looks like it might prove useful. Although I am really not sure how I am going to get it to work with the site I am making.
If you have any ideas let me know.
Otherwise … thanks so much for your help. I hope you have a great day.

Thanks so much

In reply to: commentsYes it is.
I have tried that.
Thanks for your time.
Thank you very much.
Would the best thing be, to buy a domain that can act as a testing domain and build the site on that and then just move the site over to the the other URL?
Thanks

In reply to: [Widgets on Pages] Widget not working in post excerptHi Todd,
Thanks for your response.
I can provide a link: http://www.jofong.com/news
I am using a theme called Pixia from themeforest.
I am putting the shortcode in the post. The posts show up on a blog page (which is my news page) and the excerpt/preview of the post shows the code, when you click on read more you see the widget functioning correctly.
Many thanks
Lisa
