Thanks Zubair Zahid for your response.

This is the problem, this happens just some times and I can’t replicate.

How can I know in what cases the zip code is requested and why? I don’t want to ask for zip code, never.

    Thanks for your time.

    Hi Haseeb,

As we discussed internally, I already installed another plugin with the same settings, and it’s working proplery.

    Thanks anyway for your help,

    Lisbel.

    Hi James,

I have tried every possible way, even following all the advice given to me by the Support team, but the error persists. I simply installed another plugin, FluentSMTP, and everything works normally, with the same features or even more.
Hopefully you will see this message in time 🙂

Just a couple of minutes later, I have done a test and found the cause, I would like to share it with all of you in case you have the same problem at some point.

It turns out that if the customer does not insert the email, because I do not have it set as a required field, the invoice is not generated. I assumed that in these cases it would not be sent, but I thought it should at least be generated. Just by marking this email field as mandatory, I assume that the problem will be solved.

Thanks anyway for your help 🙂
