Your last message makes me think that maybe the whole ‘My Bookings’ page isn’t working and just showing a login message?
That’s right!
If the latter, then check your settings in Settings > Pages > Other Pages and make sure you haven’t assigned the same page twice to “My Bookings” and “Manage Bookings”, they’re two different things with different permission requirements.

It makes no difference with the EM Dev version 5.9.11.4.If I am logged in as the site admin, I can access all the scheduled events.
If I am logged in as a user, with the appropriate rights, I get a message saying that I need to log in: “You must log in to view and manage your events.”
