You can create 2 pages in wordpress and both edit in Elementor, maybe just clone one with existing design.

So for specific element you can define query to show by specific criteria:

Like “category_id=5” what will show only listings from category with ID 5

ID you will found in administration, Wp Directory Kit -> Categories

By default in WP Directory Kit actually only admin can edit and delete listings.

There is also Membership WordPress plugin which allow also other users to add listings via own dashboard like for owners, agents, dealers, agencies, realtors etc… here: https://www.wpdirectorykit.com/plugins/wp-directory-membership.html
