I deactivated the plugin until this issue is resolved. I can temporarily reactivate it and you’ll see the sliders are no longer working when the plugin is active. When is a good time to reactivate it?
I’m having this same issue @sanjaydabhoya but I am not sure where you want the index key on ID fields added?? Is this in the PHPMyAdmin tables for posts and post_meta tables?
Thanks!
Thanks for your input @hristo. I’ll have to check if disabling the newsletter pop-up makes a difference on the Samsung 7 phone. It’s odd though since the cookie consent panel goes away after accepting it on my HP laptop and LG phone, but not the Samsung 7.
Thanks for checking it out Donny.
What kind of device did you use to view my comment consent checkbox? As I mentioned earlier it shows up on my Samsung tablet but not on my HP laptop and LG-V20 phone.
Also, the issue of the consent panel not going away is still not resolved on the Samsung 7 phone. I found that the cookie consent panel doesn’t go away after pressing “Accept” on a Samsung 7 phone. It went away on my LG-V20 and on my HP Laptop. Any idea why it wouldn’t accept the consent on the Samsung 7?
Thanks again!
Oddly, as stated before under the comment consent box not showing issue, I’m not able to see the comment consent box on my HP laptop with Windows 10 or on my LG-V20 but my Samsung tablet does show it. I’m using Chrome on all of these devices. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Yes, I use autoptimize and Sitegrounds SG Cache is activated.
I have the same issue, the opt-in comments box is not there.
I don’t see the WordPress comments checkbox either. I switched from the JetPack comment form as requested and enabled the consent checkbox but it is not showing up. Thanks for any help resolving this issue.

In reply to: [Cookie Information | Free GDPR Consent Solution] Cookies Consent PanelThanks for the great script. However I found that the cookie consent panel doesn’t go away after pressing “Accept” on a Samsung 7 phone. It went away on my LG-V20 and on my HP Laptop. Any idea why it wouldn’t accept the consent on the Samsung 7? I disabled it for now since the panel was blocking the page.
Thanks!
