So plugin causing this problem and another I had for a few weeks with the mini cart, seemed to be “Ultimate Store Kit”, I deactivated the plugin and those two seem to be working fine.
I would also like to ask, how can I check to see where the plugin is being actively used throughout the website, as the site was not built by me and just recently took over.

I tried disabling the YayPricing plugin and clearing the cache, which fixed the quantity input being outside the box, but not the issue itself.
Now I am attempting staging my website, as it is live, using the instaWP tool, in order to do a full conflict test, the staging gets stuck at 75% (Files being pulled stage). I have tried disabling the cache plugin, as I show recommended on another post, but again it does not complete.
For reference I am using the free tier.
At this point, I would appreciate any other free alternatives or advice on what I can do in order to complete the website staging so I can move on to conflict testing.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
