It’s 16 hours since I cleared the cache. Most reviews have now disappeared.

I cleared cache in the performance tab and the reviews bounce back. Unfortunately, after about a day, the reviews start to disappear.
Performance Tab Settings:
– Cache Expires In 12 Hours
– Defer Until Footer is checked
No additional plugins. ScrapeAZon Version 2.2.4 is the only active plugin.
Switched theme to Twenty Fifteen V1.3 By WordPress but still have same results.
Can provide admin access to website to help troubleshoot.
