I apologize for not marking this topic as resolved any sooner.

It turned out the issue was coming from our service provider, who we previously hosted with. I noticed I could view the new site from any other computer or phone not connected to our network, and it worked. Once they cleared it, everything worked fine.

I spoke to hostgator and he told me he could view it. He could view it through a proxy as well. And yet I’ve cleared all my caches and everything, and still get a 404 error. Does anyone else get the 404 error? I’m at a loss.

At the moment we want to leave our old site up until this new WordPress site is running, at which point I’ll move it to the root.

I’ve had no luck with the quick installer from cPanel, or manually installing myself. I keep getting the following error when installing to public_html/sungraphicsprinting.com/wordpress

Not Found
The requested URL /wordpress/ was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Yes I did contact them. They told me to install manually, but that didn’t seem to work either.
