@jpowersdev, I’m an extreme WordPress newbie. I Googled how to access my site’s debug log—and found that I had to install a new plug-in to access the debug log.

When I attempted to add a plug-in—the hovering menu did not appear, so I’ve not been able to add a plug-in to enable me to access the debug log. I am an Administrator, and the site in question is a ww.wp.xz.cn site—so shouldn’t I be able to add a plug-in?

Basically, then, my follow-up questions to this is:

    1. Do I need to install a new plug-in to access the debug log? If not, how do I access the debug log?

    2. If I do need to install a plug-in—why am I unable to add a new plug-in despite being an Administrator on a ww.wp.xz.cn site?
