Chrome DevTools is open with “Disable cache (while DevTools is open)” option selected and no caching plugin on the server.
The “Password reset always returns an invalid key error” issue still exists for me. Please let me know if I can provide more information. I can step through the code via Xdebug if you have a specific variable or control flow you want me to check.

If no one else is reporting it, then don’t worry about it. If it becomes a problem for the site, I’ll step through the code and find the issue and resolve it. I’ll be sure to report back here when and if it happens, just in case it’s useful to you in the future.

Thanks for the suggestions. However neither suggestion is possible using the WordPress admin interface as both the front-end and back-end are unavailable since both attempt to make a call to the undefined method, M_Attach_To_Post::is_atp_url(). The update results in a fatal error before any interface has been rendered. I’m fine keeping the version I had. I keep daily backups so restoring was a snap. I just wanted to post this error for your own Q/A purposes. If you’d like more info for diagnosing the issue, I’m happy to help.
