Thank you! I wish I would have received this earlier instead of spending 10 hours on a restore/rebuild. Now I know for next time…I think something also happened when migrating from WPEngine > CPanel > Flywheel > back to CPanel.

It appears that deactivating the Smush Pro plugin has resolved the issues. But now…why would that plugin be the culprit?
