Okay, temp admin access sent. Here are some new developments:
Today the mapmarker spontaneously started working again, with no loss of data. I was able to make a few modifications, and then I lost it again. I had modified the “y-padding” on the marker popup settings page, and after clicking “save changes” I got the wordpress login screen instead of returning to the settings page.
