Finally, I fixed it with a whole weekend. 🙂

The following is my steps:

1. Open wp_options with phpMyAdmin, then search option_name like “theme_mods_zerif-lite”

Edit the search result you can find something like below:
zerif_bigtitle_redbutton_label_2
zerif_bigtitle_title_2
zerif_ourfocus_title_2

Please note the “_2”

2. Download wpml-config.xml from folder “thems/zerif-lite”
edit it and add the following:
<key name=’zerif_bigtitle_title_2′ />
<key name=’zerif_bigtitle_redbutton_label_2′ />
<key name=’zerif_ourfocus_title_2′ />

3. Delete current wpml-config.xml in thems/zerif-lite folder, and upload the new one

4. Disable/enable plugin Polylang

5. Check Strings translations and you should find the Big Title, Red Button, and Our Focus title there.
