I can’t share the url for now- its a medical directory.
This is just one of the many back and forths I have with support. (They do answer now, at some point, after my initial post). I want them to do well, it’s just a really glitchy system with a constant stream of formatting errors (that look really unprofessional) and issues that come up all the time. The capabilities they advertise just seem to sometimes work and sometimes not work. People should know that going in. If you are paying upfront for a full lifetime membership with every integration capability- my expectation is higher than someone getting this for free.
For example, on a page that has a “related listings” section to clinical trials, for some reason it’s listing “related clinical trials” with icons and formatting do not match anything with that directory format. Icons are listed without information (because they never were a part of the formatting and that was never answered). A clinical trial NTC number is next to icon of an office building, “All genders” is next to a laptop icon. Completely random. This is just an example.
I have submitted. It’s not fixed, so I kindly put status back to “not resolved”

THIS is 100% accurate. I’m not sure if they are running some sort of scam operation. I paid for the lifetime pro membership for my site and it has been miserable. Painful to get someone to respond. I feel sick over it. It’s a mess and I’m not sure if this is a scam operation.
I agree with this. The reviews do not match my experience at all. YOU CANNOT GET SUPPORT TO FOCUS ON YOUR LAUNDRY LIST OF ISSUES THAT KEEP GROWING BC THEY DON’T PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THEIR MANY MANY ERRORS THAT COME UP AND THEY CAN ONLY FIX. YOU ARE LEFT WITH A MESS.
This is how I feel. So many errors. Non-responsive support. I dont need an email back saying they have a lot of tickets. I need you to review the massive list of issues and respond.
