In reply to: Using my own Domain name…Anyone? If you have a quick play with the site you’ll be able to see the problems pretty quickly (i.e the links to everything).

In reply to: Using my own Domain name…Okay so I’ve basically copied my entire wordpress file and recreated it under a different wordpress account, so the website is now located at http://c4265167.myzen.co.uk/lnna/
Could anyone now tell me the steps I need to take to set up my domain name (http://www.lastnightneveragain.co.uk). I am using Zen hosting and also purchased my domain name through them too.
Thanks

In reply to: Using my own Domain name…Right I’m making some inrodes in this. On the help setup page it says
”Copy (NOT MOVE!) the index.php and .htaccess files from the WordPress directory into the root directory of your site (Blog address). The .htaccess file is invisible, so you may have to set your FTP client to show hidden files. If you are not using pretty permalinks, then you may
not have a .htaccess file.”What and where is the root directory?

In reply to: Using my own Domain name…No sorry, I wasn’t 100% clear on where to post this question.
Basically I’m setting up my website and have added my domain to point to my website, however when you click it the hosting address comes up on the address bar, not the website I want to use.
Apologies looking further into this it may be in the wrong thread as I don’t think multisite is really applicable to my problem.
