    Thank you for the quick reply, as soon as the filter is integrated I will be happy to try it out.
    By Startpage I mean the front page, the page that opens when you enter the address where the WordPress installation is stored. This works, for example, with an entry in the .htaccess file. Then you would have to enter a password to access the directory in which WP is installed and then log in to BuddyPress. With Dennis Morhardt’s plugin, you were taken directly to the login page, there was no way for external users to see any content.

    I have now tested it again on our pages, the plugin does exactly what it says in the description, it protects the members area. With the plugin ‘Private Buddypress’ by Dennis Morhardt, all pages could be protected, including the start page, so that the login page was generally linked to. I assumed that this was also possible with LH Private BuddyPress. Sorry for the inconvenience, I should of course have realised.
