I used a different template and the sidebars work… the problem is with the template. At least in my case.

Hi, I have the same problem. I contacted the support team at Woothemes and they told me that my installation of wordpress was the issue. I’ve already installed WordPress twice following the instructions on your site and the problem persists.
Please help. Were you fix this problem?
