In my case, I’ve finally found that I had tried to map a Gravity Forms field to the Salesforce “Created Date” field, where the necessary “Date” Data Type format didn’t work with Gravity Forms. In the end, I did find this issue by logging errors within Gravity Forms, but I agree with you that the point at which the error occurs certainly wasn’t obvious until then.
Hoping to add some urgency to this thread — I have a similar question: my fields appear to be mapped, but are not populating the correct fields in Salesforce. I have, however, integrated using the API instead of Web-to-Lead. Does anyone else have any thoughts or suggestions? Greatly appreciated — thanks.
