I think you have not placed .zip file along with restore.php during backup. If issue persists then plz post list of directory content.

I have tested this plugin on my blog logiclord.com with a backup size of about 144 mb.My plug in doesn’t store the sql data directly but try to generate sql query from your current database.Hence, i don’t see any problem in backing up your site if your wordpress installation is newer then 2.7 otherwise i would recommend you to upgrade wordpress and then use my plug in to shift. If you have access to mySQL folder then you can follow rsgrone’s advice that will also work.I have fixed some bugs. Please try again with updated release.
It hardly takes 2-3 min for a backup size of 15-20 mb. Are you sure that you have followed all steps properly ??
