Hello, thank you for answering. I’ll wait a bit before toggling this setting on websites using SVGs then.

I’ll mark the thread as resolved when I notice the problem is fixed, but if I forget to, feel free to ping me back. Have a nice day !

Hello, thank you for answering. Preventing editing the htaccess from the plugin settings if those constants are set is indeed a very good idea.

Hello, thank you for the quick fix ! The “You are currently viewing the home page.” message on the frontend on the static blog page is now “You are currently viewing the page that shows your latest posts.”.

I’m not sure if I should make another thread, or if I can just add it here, but in the case of the static blog page, it seems that the setting “Unload on All Pages of “page” post type” doesn’t work – the resource is indeed unloaded on all pages, but not on the static blog page itself. The setting “Unload site-wide” does work tho, and is enough for my use case.

    Steps to reproduce :

    – Create a new wpsandbox instance
    – Login as admin in the instance
    – Create a dummy blog page
    – Change WordPress reading settings to use the given blog page
    – Install Asset Cleanup free latest or development version
    – Edit the blog page in the backend, pick a resource (eg twentytwenty-js), select “Unload on All Pages of “page” post type”, and save
    – Go to the blog page on the frontend, you’ll notice that the resource is still loaded
    – Going further : enable the frontend feature of Asset Cleanup, and go to the blog page on the frontend, you’ll notice that the resource isn’t marked as unloaded (but still marked as unloaded if you edit in the backend)

The bug can be reproduced in a (free) wpsandbox instance :

    – Create a new wpsandbox instance
    – Login as admin in the instance
    – Create a dummy blog page and home page
    – Change WordPress reading settings to use the given blog page and home page
    – Install Asset Cleanup free
    – Change Asset Cleanup settings to display the asset settings on the frontend
    – Go to the blog page frontend
    – Message in the Asset Cleanup box is “You are currently viewing the home page.”, while it should be about the blog page

I noticed that you added custom file types support for the CDN feature, which I tested successfully with SVG files. Thank you, I’m marking the thread as resolved.
