In reply to: [Easy Appointments] E-Mail reminderHi @mumbomedia, sorry for the late reply. There is such option inside Extension plugin (https://easy-appointments.com/) to send Mail reminder and SMS. You can also set follow up email for example asking for feedback from customer etc.

In reply to: [Easy Appointments] SMS Reminders via MailHi @lakend2 regarding SMS notification there is Extension plugin that uses Twilio as SMS provider. If you want I can expose custom hooks for sending SMS if you want to use your SMS gateway?
Mail notifications work similar as SMS but using WordPress settings for sending mail. It will send Mail notification from provided template. Or follow up email.

Regarding empty fields that is fine. Now those values are stored in separate table.
