Thanks for your repling.
I used Ms Excel to save csv file.
My problem has been resolved by typing categories name manually (not copy-paste from any where).
I don’t know what the problem is.
P/S:
– When problem happening, Woocommerce doesn’t show categories Sample when importing csv file.
– When problem resolved, the categories sample was shown when importing csv file (as the image below)

And it created two new category: “Holiday?” (parent, with question mark in name) and Fathers Day (child)
