Yes, I am a paid user but cannot when I try to submit a ticket I just get a message that says “This page is for paid customers who have purchased the Core Extensions Bundle or an extension and have an active license to submit support tickets for core plugin and/or extensions. In reply to: [OceanWP] Left sidebar missingHi, thank you for replying. I have discovered that the left one only appears when there is page content. I was trying to set up a site design structure using blank pages. When I put some content in, suddenly it started appearing.

I have the same problem. My backups are on DropBox and I recently restored a site from a backup. It restored OK but the backup list now shows all the other backups I have done from other sites too, so I don’t know which to use if I need to restore again. Likewise, if I rescan remote storage it pulls in a list of all backups of all sites which is really confusing.

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] REST APIThanks – I had the same thought, and it didn’t solve the problem. As the site is just one page I reinstalled wordpress and the plugins, including AIOWPS, and recreated the page. That seemed to solve it.

I am still getting the error “There are some problems connecting to your REST API” from the Redirection plugin, even though this is not checked in the miscellaneous section.
