Hello again,

Could you let me know if there is anything else I can do to solve this?

Our website visitors won’t know if they filled our various registration and contact forms correctly unless this error notice is shown.

Hello Cristian,

Thanks for your response. I deactivated all plugins except Materialis Companion and Contact Form 7, but this doesn’t help. The problem only disappears when I switch to another theme, as described in my post above.

Thanks for any further tip.
