Currently I don’t have budget to buy the Pro version.
But still thanks for your reply.
The free version does not work on Coming Soon Page & Maintenance Mode, but it worked when deactive the Coming Soon Page & Maintenance Mode.
I think this plugin is useful to the website.

Actually I think WP-Members Membership Plugin is really good. I think I will use it for the other website.
