In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] Most entries going to spam@mrcasual Thanks for the reply and update. The strange thing is, I only had this happen on one particular site. The other sites we have this installed on have the cache setup as well but we’re not finding the entries going to spam and those do have pages excluded. It’s only happening on one of our sites where the pages were not excluded (even though it used to work before recent updates.)
I’m going to chalk this up as a conflict somewhere. I had to temporarily disable the plugin because we get a lot of entries on this site that had the issue and it was impeding our process. We’ll test a bit more off-peak hours and see if there’s any resolve by excluding pages from the cache that have the form. For now, your reply helps ease the concern a bit.

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] Most entries going to spamWe are using WP Fastest Cache. Do we still need to exclude the pages the forms are on?

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] Most entries going to spamWas this fixed yet? We have Version 1.7.3 and 9 out of 10 legitimate entries are still going to spam!

In reply to: [WP Armour - Honeypot Anti Spam] WooCommerce Checkout SpamThanks @dnesscarkey for the follow up and for the recommendation. I’ll take a look into that!
And I understand, if it caused issues. It was just a curious question. Your plugin is still awesome at what it does and has saved us from countless spam and for that, we are very grateful.
Thanks again!

In reply to: [WP Armour - Honeypot Anti Spam] WooCommerce Checkout SpamSame problem here. Started receiving tons of fake orders on WooCommerce. Also, I’m surprised this plugin doesn’t offer a feature to automatically regenerate a new honeypot field rather than requiring us to do it manually.
Hello @wprashed We already did the define calls in the wp-config.php and nothing points to any errors.
We are running on PHP 8.1 at this time, so we’ve eliminated that as an issue as well.
If I reinstall the plugin, is that going to wipe out the entire course content we built?
We are having the same exact issue as @erichang mentioned. Since upgrading to the latest pro version, those of us who had access to edit a course can NO longer edit a course! It brings you to the Courses overview page, however once you select the course to edit, there’s nothing but a blank screen.
This wasn’t happening a week or so ago and now all of the sudden it is and we haven’t changed anything on the site since this latest upgrade. My client is getting frustrated, as am I.
To confirm, I have deactivated all plugins to cross reference any conflicts as well as changed the theme to the WordPress 2025 theme and we still cannot edit a course. We have even cleared all cache on the site, as well as in the browsers, which we have also tested it across multi platforms and multi browsers. Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Edge. Some show an absolute blank page and other browsers like Firefox and Safari show the admin menu inside of wp-admin but a blank window where the course builder should be.
This kindly needs to be addressed ASAP!
Thanks for the reply Paul. Here’s the strange thing, I’ve been running Shield on a few other sites for a couple of years and never noticed any site speed issues but recently I decided to add it to about 4 more sites over the past week and I have noticed while it doesn’t seem to slow down the frontend from what I can visually see, it has significantly slowed down the admin side of all sites that I use it with lately. When I temporarily deactivate it, the admin side speeds up to normal loading again. When reactivated, the admin slows down.
Are there any additional configurations within the plugin that may help?

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Does not workFor starters, it’s too complicated to configure. After I went through every step, it kept saying I had 4 steps left to finish but it was clear I went through every step.
Any attempt I made, the consent never showed up on the front-end of the site.
I’m also concerned how much of my site data gets sent back to your servers.
Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah, it must be a conflict. I have another site running almost the same setup and config and that one is working after I tested it. It’s something on this other particular site causing it.
I’ll look into conflicts and go from there. Appreciate your help.
Great, thanks Jarryd!
I’d like to know the answer to this question as well??
@jarryd-long Okay cool, good to know. Thanks!
@jarryd-long thanks for the reply. We’re using the “Paid Memberships Pro – Extra Expiration Warning Emails Add On” and have custom wrote three different custom “your membership is expiring soon” for 45 days, 30 days and 10 day intervals. Will this be affected with this recent deprecation change? Or is it just for expiring credit card templates only? Which we are using the system default for. We have an odd membership model that accepts both credit card payments as well as manual checks that members can mail in, which is what our “Extra Expiration Warning Emails Add On” relies on.
