Ok, now I see how it works, but it’s not what should be.
The information remains the same only it’s hidden.
I hope you fix this problem in the future. The UX & UI part is essential for any product.
Best regards.Welcome.
The code you submited, doesn’t work (I put it in the CSS of the theme.)
.cff-event-data{overflow:hidden;height:100px;}
.cff-event-data:hover{overflow:visible;height:auto;}Thank you.
The plugin is great.However, I think you could make some small improvements.
The reporting & stats part is essential for someone who uses this plugin constantly.
Once you have the forms set up, you are going to use them. And on the management side you could make some essential improvements at least for the paid versions.Let’s assume that over 1000 forms made with your plugin are accessed monthly on a site.
It would be very useful to have a dashboard-like page where you can easily display used forms, have filtering, sorting, deleting functions etc. without having to complicate with additional addons or settings in Google analytics.Your plugin has a lot of potential and is extremely useful. Small tweaks on the UX, UI side would make it #1 in the market.
Dear Alexander,
I am confident that you are well aware that no serious web designer will accept the use of a plugin that lacks support, regular updates, development, and has operational and security issues.
However, I also am fully conscious that developing a free plugin (as in your case) for a long period of time is not feasible. Sooner or later, you’ll ask yourself if it’s worth the effort and whether you should keep going.
As a result, I recommend that you update the plugin and sell it for $59 on themeforest.net, for example. On ww.wp.xz.cn, a minimal version of plugin may remain.
I guarantee you will have at least 500 sales in the first two months with a minimum promotion, and then you will have consistent sales every month after that. The money you earn this way will allow you to keep the product running and develop it further.
You have a good product in a niche market where there is currently no competition. Take advantage of the fact that you are still the first in this field. If you are not going to do it, sooner or later, someone else will take over the development of such a project and it will make it successful. It would be a pity given your previous efforts.
Ok, Alexander, thank you. Do you plan to further develop the plugin so that it works with the latest version of WP and at least PHP 7.4?
