Hello, thanks for your attention,
I re-installed all my wordPress and now it works as it should.
I do not think that I have always have a problem I should do this, but in my case I already solved it.

@rmorek and @paulogoncalves Where they managed to download the version of YoastSeo 16.1
I really appreciate your help as I have the same problem.
