I found the problematic CSS file. (Turning off the “Combine CSS” also helped.)
Okay, it was caused by the “Combine CSS” option. I turned it off temporary. Any ideas on how to exclude this from “Combine CSS” optimization?

JS combine looks to be the problem. As I thought JS needs to be excluded. Can you help track which file?
