I was able to follow your directions and then delete Jetpack Boost. I’ve now reinstalled it and it seems to be working so far.

This link https://www.canada.ca/en/department-national-defence/services/benefits-military/military-housing/pet-instruction/annex-a.html has been marked as broken via this page https://www.petawawapets.ca/garrison-petawawa-cfha-occupant-handbook/ and this link text “acceptable/prohibited pets can be found here” several times. I manually text it, it works, I mark as “not broken” and a few days later, it comes up as broken again.

This is one of the examples from the petawawapets.ca page. I do have many other pages that show broken links where there are no broken links on other websites.
