Does anyone know just how dangerous it is to leave the “filterengine” and “filtersacnPOST” commands turned off?
I too have this problem. I changed the permissions of the options file all the way up to 777 and then tried all the files prefixed with “options-” set at 777 and I still couldn’t change settings. If someone knows where wp can be manually edited (in this case the tagline) it’d be much appreciated if you’d share! I’ll keep looking!
