I really like the plugin. I just set up a form with 28 extra fields, and it works perfectly. But yeah… now my friend wants to move one field from the bottom to the top. Tip, anyone?
Did you find a solution? I’m having the same problem.
Allthought the img-tag is in de source code, and the address is correct.
It seems wordpress is not able to load the image…?
